510 Aintree Racecourse to Liverpool City Centre

We operate a shuttle bus service from Aintree Racecourse to Liverpool City Centre after all events at the racecourse.

Buses operate at frequent intervals for up to two hours after the finish of the race/event.

From Aintree racecourse the service operates non-stop to Liverpool city centre Whitechapel, then   Dale Street, Castle Street and terminates in Water Street.

 

Fares are £3.00 for Adults & £2.00 for Children.

 

 Next Event : Friday 18th May 2012 – “Party in the Paddock” – Buses will depart from approximately 21:00 onwards from Ormskirk Road/Warbreck Moor. 

 

 

 

520 Liverpool City Centre – Haydock Park race course

Service 520 will operate on all race/events days from Liverpool city centre to Haydock Park racecourse.

The service departs St John’s Lane in Liverpool city centre (opposite TSO’s restaurant) ninety minutes before the scheduled start of the first race. The service will also collect passengers on the East Lancashire Road (bus stop opposite the Showcase cinema) and then travel non-stop to Haydock Park. All passengers will be dropped off in the coach park.

The return journey back to Liverpool will depart the racecourse fifteen minutes after the final race. Please note that the driver will not stop en-route for you to use the toilet.

NEXT RACE MEETING (3 Day Event)

Thursday 24th May 2012. The bus will depart Liverpool City Centre (St Johns Lane) @ 12:50 and the East Lancashire Road (Showcase Cinema) @ 13:10

 

Friday 25th May 2012. The Bus will depart Liverpool City Centre (St Johns Lane) @ 12:50 and the East Lancashire Road (Showcase Cinema) @ 13:10.

 

Saturday 26th May 2012. The bus will depart Liverpool City Centre (St Johns Lane) @ 12:30 and the East Lancashire Road (Showcase Cinema) @ 12:50.

 

Return buses to Liverpool depart 15 minutes after the last race.

* .Peoplesbus Limited cannot accept any reasonability for loss arising from late arrival at Haydock race course due to breakdown or traffic congestion. All timings are provided in good faith. Please note as no passenger manifests are available to the driver, the bus will leave exactly fifteen minutes after the final race. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they are on the bus in good time. Peoplesbus Limited accept no liability to return any passenger to Liverpool, should they not be on the bus at the due departure time.

  • Soccerbus will run for 2 hours before each match (last bus from Sandhills Station is approximately 15 minutes before kick-off and for 50 minutes after the final whistle (subject to availability).
  • Whatever your rail journey, for just £1 extra you can book your Soccerbus trip in advance.
  • For your convenience, just ask at your local rail ticket office for a through return ticket to Goodison Park or Anfield.
  • Or you can just pay as you board the bus – a single or return ticket will cost £1.50
  • Merseyside Local and National Travel Passes are valid on trains, buses and the Soccerbus service within the Merseyside area. English National Travel Passes issued by Authorities outside Merseyside are valid on the Soccerbus service only.
  • Soccerbus is FREE to those with valid Trio, Solo and Saveaway tickets or Concessionary Travel Passes
