Christmas Service Provision – Updated 31st December

Over the Christmas & New Year holiday period, the operation of some of our services will alter. Please see the details below:

Friday 23rd December – Normal service 

Saturday 24th December -Normal Saturday service

Sunday 25th December – No service

Monday 26th December– No service. Due to industrial action by Network Rail, Merseyrail will not be operating any services on this date. As a result our Soccerbus and 501 services will NOT operate.

Tuesday 27th December – No service

Wednesday 28th December – Normal service

Thursday 29th December – Normal service

Friday 30th December – Normal service. Soccerbus will operate for Liverpool’s game against Leicester, with the first buses departing Sandhills Station at 17:00. 

Saturday 31st December – Normal Saturday service

Sunday 1st January – No Service

Monday 2nd January – No Service

Tuesday 3rd January – Normal service. Due to industrial action by Network Rail, Merseyrail services will cease from 18:30. As a result, our Soccerbus service will NOT operate.
