New Haydock race course bus service – Starting 21st January 2012
We are pleased to announce the launch of a new service.
Service 520 will operate from Liverpool to Haydock race course for all racing events.
The service will depart from the bus stop in St John’s Lane (opposite TSO’s restaurant) ninety minutes before the scheduled start of the first race. The service then picks up at the bus stop on the East Lancashire Road (opposite the Showcase cinema) and onwards non-stop to Haydock race course. Passengers will be dropped off in the coach park.
The return bus will depart fifteen minutes after the final race.
Fares are as follows’
Adult Single £4.90
Adult Return: £8.50

* .Peoplesbus Limited cannot accept any reasonability for loss arising from late arrival at Haydock race course due to breakdown or traffic congestion. All timings are provided in good faith. Please note as no passenger manifests are available to the driver, the bus will leave exactly fifteen minutes after the final race. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure they are on the bus in good time. Peoplesbus Limited accept no liability to return any passenger to Liverpool, should they not be on the bus at the due departure time.
173/174 – Belle Vale – Penny Lane & Sefton Park to be Withdrawn
Peoplesbus regret to announce that they have decided to hand back the 173/174 service to Merseytravel. Having started the service on the 18th July 2011, we very quickly realised that the level of financial support that we have requested from Merseytravel was insufficient to continue running the service profitably.
Therefore, our last day of operation will be Saturday the 8th October 2011. We are aware that HTL Buses will be restarting the service on the 9th October 2011 and any lost property or service inquiries after this date, should be directed to HTL on 0151 449 3868 or email info@huytontravel.co.uk

Increased Vehicle Authorisation
Peoplesbus are pleased to announce that with effect from Saturday 28th May 2011, Mrs. Bell - Traffic Commissioner for the North Western Traffic area , has granted an increase to our operator’s licence vehicle authorisation to twenty vehicles. This will enable us to increase the services that we offer to the public of Merseyside and beyond.
